Report Guidelines:

- When reporting, just write "situation/doubt/problem + nickname(s) if theres any". Nothing more or less. Any report that goes beyond this guidance may be left unattended.

- Reports made in inappropriate channel (help channel or PM, for example) will be left unattended. This can happen even if the player report properly after that.

- GMs dont need to open your report to attend you. Only with the title of the report is possible to do our service. Thats why it is essential to report properly (situation/doubt/problem + nickname).

- GMs dont need to provide explanation to the player who reported on acts performed or not performed. For example, Asdonildson reported that Johnildson is using MC in PvP. If eventually Johnildson is notified or banned, the GMs do not need to warn/explain Asdonildson what happened or not.

- Reports made by players who are unaware (or far away) of the situation may be left unattended and unanswered. In the same way: association of players who orchestrate the same report and players who use MC’s to report or open several reports (spam report).

- Report (ctrl+r) is attended by a GM. Ticket (site) who attend is the ADM.

- Make sure before opening a doubt report you asked help channel before, some questions can be easily answered by a tutor.

- Although GMs have to enforce the rule, we are not your babysitter. Be in mind some problems can be solved or tolerated. And remember, this is Tibia (pvp server), dont "cry" everytime for everything. Chill out!

- If you report many times wrong you will lose report credibility. Even more if we see bad faith in your report.

- Dont fight one injustice with another. You could be banned for that.

- If you get banned, you always can contest that via ticket. First you can try open a report (ctrl+r) trying to explain why you didnt deserve the ban. (Argue that you didnt know the rules isnt really an excuse)

- The Justice may takes time, but never fails.
